The Strategic Growth Mastermind is an intimate, curated 12-week cohort where you'll learn how to get more visibility for your business, work smarter not harder, build partnerships, and evaluate new revenue opportunities. You know you're onto something really, really cool, but need some fresh ideas, support, and accountability to grow your revenue. I've helped thousands of entrepreneurs scale their businesses, and I'm here to help you too.

Curriculum
This cohort meets every other Wednesday from 1pm to 2:30pm PST (4pm - 5:30pm EST) starting May 24th, 2023 for 12 weeks. Beyond the 90min live, virtual meeting, you can expect to spend an additional 1-2 hours per week on homework and collaboration with your cohort.
The environment is expert-lead with a high degree of focus on facilitated discussion, where everyone speaks & learns from each other. You can expect meetings to cover certain topics week by week, but stay open to relevant conversations brought up by cohort members. You'll learn alongside others as you ask questions, join hot seats, and share experiences.

Increase your visibility - We'll discuss strategies for social media, networking, and newsletters to help you get noticed in the crowd. Let's work together to develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
Session 2: Wed, June 7th at 1pm PT (4pm ET)
Avoiding burnout - Feeling overwhelmed and overworked? We'll explore how to work smarter, not harder, through batching. You'll increase your productivity by grouping similar tasks together and maximizing your efficiency.
Session 3: Wed, June 21st at 1pm PT (4pm ET)
Building your Authority - Want to establish yourself as a thought leader and build your authority in your industry? Let's dive into the world of blogs and podcasting! In this session, we'll discuss strategies for creating content that resonates with your audience and helps you stand out as an expert.
Session 4: Wed, July 5th at 1pm PT (4pm ET)
Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration - Collaboration is key in today's biz world. We'll explore how to identify the right partners & develop relationships that benefit everyone involved.
Session 5: Wed, July 19th at 1pm PT (4pm ET)
Revenue Stream Evaluation - We'll explore strategies for increasing your profits and identifying new opportunities for growth. Let's work together to optimize your revenue streams and achieve your goals.
Session 6: Wed, Aug 2nd at 1pm PT (4pm ET)
Leverage Community - Want a community of your raving fans? Brainstorm strategies on how, where and when to build a community that acts as ambassadors for your brand.
Who this is for
Founders with an established business making at least $10K in annual revenue, and want additional support to grow.
Founders who want structure, fresh ideas, accountability, and a community to scale their venture.

Emily Merrell
Emily Merrell is an entrepreneur and business coach. She has helped thousands of founders as a Founding Business Coach at Selfmade; connecting and educating the world as CEO & Founder of the female networking organization Six Degrees Society; and helping individuals launch coaching revenue streams as Co-Founder of Ready Set Coach Program.
Before she was a coach and founder, Emily worked in special events and marketing for high luxury fashion companies like Tory Burch, Ralph Lauren and Intermix.
She resides in Denver, CO with her husband and toddler son. In her spare time you can find her planning her next trip or taco night.
