Anna Bond is co-founder and chief creative officer at Rifle Paper Co., a stationery, home and lifestyle brand based on Anna’s hand-painted designs. Together with her husband Nathan, Rifle Paper Co. launched in 2009 as a two-person operation and has since grown into an international brand with products carried in over 6,000 stores around the world and employing over 100 people between their Winter Park, Florida and New York City offices. Emily Heyward is the Co-founder and Chief Brand Officer at Red Antler, the leading brand company for startups and new ventures. Niki Shamdasani is the co-founder and CEO of Sani, a South Asian-inspired fashion brand with a mission to connect women across cultures to the best of South Asian fashion. That mission led to a first-of-its-kind partnership that launched South Asian fashion on Rent the Runway. In addition to Sani, Niki continues to teach design thinking through PRX, an award-winning media company, and through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Hussman School of Journalism and Media. Before Sani, Niki was on the Program and Investments team of Matter, a startup accelerator and venture capital firm for early-stage media companies in San Francisco and New York. She helped launch Matter’s New York City office and ran every aspect of it from programming to sourcing for about a year.

Her mission is to make shopping and fashion fun and convenient for apple bods by designing on-trend pieces that fit and celebrate their body shape. She lives in Houston with her husband and three boys and works as a web developer by day. She launched her brand in November 2020, two months after completing the Selfmade course. Sarah Jones Garibaldi is the founder and CEO of Miss Jones Baking Co. A lifelong and passionate baker, Sarah started Miss Jones Baking Co. after she saw a gap in the market for great tasting baking products made with real and simple ingredients. She launched the brand in Sprouts in 2015 with the first-ever organic ready-to-use frostings and baking mixes, and is now distributed in over 6000 stores.
